Evibes started with a simple frustration: booking a decoration in Hyderabad meant a dozen phone calls, unclear pricing and a crew that showed up late. So we built the opposite — a curated catalogue where every setup has a fixed price, a photo of the real thing, and a written list of exactly what arrives at your door.
We are still early — growing one event at a time — but every listing on this site reflects what we actually deliver, not a stock photo from somewhere else.

What is Evibes?
Evibes is a one stop party planner in Hyderabad. You can choose a design from our curated list, or upload your own design and we will recreate it.
How do I book a service?
Select the experience and send us a booking enquiry on WhatsApp. We confirm the date, share what's included and hold your slot once you pay a 10% advance.
Do I need to make full payment to book?
No. You can pay just 10% of the booking price to confirm. This keeps the flow seamless and helps us filter out spam enquiries.
Can I cancel the order?
Yes. You get up to 95% of the order value back if you cancel more than 24 hours before the event.
Which areas do you serve?
We cover Hyderabad and Secunderabad including Kondapur, Gachibowli, Madhapur, Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Kukatpally and Begumpet. Setups outside city limits carry an extra charge.
