What Evibes collects when you enquire, and how it is used.
What we collect
When you enquire we collect only what is needed to plan your event: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the event date and the venue address.
This website is a static site. It has no accounts, no login and no server-side database of visitors.
How we use it
Your details are used to prepare a quote, confirm the booking, coordinate the crew on the day and follow up afterwards. We may contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anybody.
Sharing with our crew
Your name, contact number and venue address are shared with the field manager and crew assigned to your event, because they need it to reach you. They are bound to use it only for that purpose.
Photographs
We sometimes photograph completed setups for our catalogue. If you would prefer we did not photograph your event, or want an existing photograph removed, tell us and we will comply.
Your choices
Write to hello@evibes.in at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We respond within 30 days.
